My name is Marc Davies. I am a Master Level Martial Artist, 5th DAN with NAKMAS and WUMA British Champion. I am also a recognised Self Defence Instructor and 3rd Dan with the IFAF and I also hold a 1st Dan WadoRUY also with NAKMAS and 1st Dan in TAEKWONDO with NAKMAS and 1st Dan Karate.
